Down for a weekend of shopping and one of my friends recommended this restaurant.l so we thought we would give it a try. Well all I can say is AWSOME! We have not had such a good steak in a long time. Came with soup, salad, baked potatoe and garlic bread. This was their sirloin steak and it was so tender, and flavorful and huge!! Service was friendly and fast. We were going to hit this restaurant on the way out of town Sunday to try the buffet lunch but unfortunately they are not opened on Sunday. We will be visiting again on our next shopping trip! Worth the trip and us girls know and love our food!!!

The Bronze Boot is an institution! It has been operating since 1957, the year Sputnik was launched into orbit! The restaurant is full of history. <br> It is the fastest food in town for lunch; the buffet has healthy American food (3 choices of meat, vegetable, mashed potatoes, salad, and desert). The price for the lunch buffet is phenomenal. Dinners are fantastic (my favorite, the beef tips). <br> The service has always been exceptional and friendly. The people who manage restaurant during the lunch buffet always smile! The wait-staff are quick and careful. The clientele are some of the hardest working people in town (i.e. not university types). I would call the atmosphere down to earth. There are plenty of clone-restaurants (big chains like grizzlies, apple-bees, etc…) and Chinese restaurants. There will also was be only one Bronze Boot. They ROCK!

We, my brother, sister and myself treated my mother on her 60th birthday party to the BRONZE BOOT. Oh whgat a great night, the service, the steaks and all the other goodies. Just so very great. Very special time for all of us. I live on the west coast and have been hard pressed to find a Steakhouse quite like the BRONZE BOOT. Abosulutly wonderful!!!!!

The Bronze Boot Steak House & Lounge is a great place to go while in Grand Forks, as it has history in town here. It also has great food and great service and is recommended!

This is the best steak house in the Midwest-bar none. I've been to steak houses in Chicago, St. Louis, KC, and the Twin Cities--this tops them all. The meat is apparently hand-cut on site and never frozen--always assured of a great cut. Great value, great food. Will eat here every time I'm in GF.

We selected the Bronze Boot from a Yellow page ad and this was our first visit. I remember the place driving past with my parents when I was a kid. That was a long time ago. The food was delicious and well presented. The service was friendly however a bit rushed despite the restaurant was not overly busy the evening we were there. I am not faulting them as this seems to be the norm at many U. S. establishments and is expected. The meals were served with plenty of great garlic bread. The steak I had was superb and done a proper medium rare as I had ordered. The shrimp dish my wife selected was equally excellent. Fantastic spinach salad and onion soup accompaniments were served. We will most defiantly return on our next visit South.
